WITH SWEET POTATO AND SMOKED FISH

Our take on a New England classic. But don’t call it a soup. This rich stew is loaded with roasted corn, potato and onion. For fish, we chose bonito flake for its smoky and umami flavors. Now you can enjoy this comforting, regional dish in any corner of the world.

  • Bonito flakes add a healthy dose of protein
  • Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamins A and C, as well as beta-carotene
  • Whole milk, because fat is not only a great source of energy, but also aids with the absorption of vitamins
  • Gluten-free
  • Pescatarian
  • 2-year shelf life

Surprised me to be my favorite flavor of all the meals

On a rainy day midweek during a two week long alpine climbing trip, I broke out the corn chowder single serve. Ohhh myyyy gooodnesss... the flavor is incredible! I had my doubts about corn chowder.. I'm not really a chowder eater... but this one blew me away. I think its one of my favorite meals Good-To-Go makes!

Great flavor, needs a long sit

This is tasty and surprisingly high in protein thanks to the bonito flakes. For best results it needs raging boiling water, and to be tucked into a down coat or pot cozy for at least forty minutes. Any less and you’ll have chewy corn.

Not for us

I really had to choke this down so I didn't have to pack out. My husband hated it too and wouldn't help me eat it. Surprised by the positive reviews on this one. I know this is harsh but it reminded us of vomit (sorry). But on a positive note the Pho and other items we've tried were great!
