ONLINE ORDERS SUBJECT TO 1-3 DAYS PROCESSING BEFORE SHIPPING

We only process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please plan accordingly.

Expected delivery dates do not come with a money-back guarantee.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders over $99.00 (excluding AK, HI, PR, APO, FPO, DPO).

ORDERS WITH DISCOUNTS MUST EXCEED $99.00 AFTER THE DISCOUNT IS APPLIED TO RECEIVE THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION.

THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION MUST BE SELECTED DURING CHECKOUT TO RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING

Please make sure to choose free shipping at checkout. Once processed (1-3 business days, excluding holidays), orders that qualify for free shipping may take up to 8 business days to arrive once shipped. Expedited shipping option will appear in addition to the free shipping option. If you have accidentally chosen the wrong shipping option, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already shipped, we will not refund your shipping charge.

Shipping within the United States:

Orders are shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping. Once processed (1-3 business days, excluding holidays), please allow up to 5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States from the day your order ships, depending on proximity to our facility in Kittery, Maine. Some rural addresses will take longer for delivery.

If the carrier does not deliver to your address, as is the case in certain rural areas, we may attempt to assist in the process, but Good To-Go is ultimately not responsible for orders that are undeliverable.

USPS DISCLAIMER: In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. 

UPS DISCLAIMER: UPS Ground delivers to businesses and homes in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Transit times are between one to five business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses. Quoted delivery dates/times are estimated, but not necessarily guaranteed.

Shipping Internationally:

At this time we only ship to addresses within the United States.

For our friends in Canada, please check your local retailer or shop our products on Amazon.ca.

For all other territories, REI.com offers a flat-rate for international shipping that may be an option for you.

 

RETURN POLICY

Good To-Go cannot accept returns on ANY FOOD ITEM unless it is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you purchased extra meals please stick them in your kitchen cabinet for that unexpected dinner party.

Returns are refunded to the original form of payment or with product exchange only.

Return Shipping:

If your shipment contained errors Good To-Go will cover return shipping.

Good To-Go is not responsible for lost items being returned to us. We suggest getting tracking and insurance.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days (excluding holidays) of receipts of goods.

Returns are refunded to the original form of payment or with product exchanges only.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts are valid for a limited time only. Good To-Go reserves the right to modify or cancel discounts at any time without notice.

All discounts issued are for future orders and cannot be used retroactively.

Discounts are for in stock items only.

If you return any of the items purchased with a discount, the discount value may be subtracted from the return credit. In addition, the discount may not be re-issued.
