suprisingly good.
Nice treat for dinner after a long hike. Very flavorful and a change from chili mac or other "conventional" backpacking meals.
Our version of this quintessential Thai dish captures the four Thai flavors of sweet, salty, sour and spicy. Traditional Banh Pho rice noodles are served with carrots, bean sprouts and peanuts in a flavorful wild American shrimp sauce.

I really enjoyed this meal. I am not a spicy person but this was tolerable in that I very much enjoyed eating this after a long day of hiking the Grand Canyon. =)
The flavor of sweet and spice I look forward to after some of my hardest days. It is my Reward Dinner.
I've tasted better
