Can a vegan chili taste good?
Most definitely! Three types of beans, cooked slowly with corn, onions, tomatoes and spices will have you thinking it was homemade. We encourage carnivores to add their preferred protein to the dish, such as ground beef or summer sausage.
No meat... why so much protein?
Beans are protein-packed powerhouses. This is why each serving of our Three Bean Chili contains 16g of protein, or 32g for an entire double serving. Not only that, but when you add corn and beans together, they form what is known as a complete protein, allowing a vegan dish to have the essential amino acids found in animal protein.
X Tear pouch open and REMOVE oxygen absorber.
X SINGLE SERVING Add one and a quarter cups (300ML) of BOILING (yes, boiling) water to bag.
X DOUBLE SERVING Add two and a half cups (600ML) of BOILING (yes, boiling) water to bag.
X STIR and reseal. HANG OUT for 20 minutes. Think about how big the universe is.
X OPEN. STIR AGAIN. EAT. SMILE.
X Rehydration will take LONGER at higher altitudes.
The great thing about chili is its ability to warm you from the inside out. From your first bite to your last, our chili will excite your taste buds with flavors of sweet tomatoes, nutty beans, and gently smoked paprika as if it were cooked over the campfire.
This product has been lab tested with an extended shelf life and will have a minimum of two years to consume until its expiration date.
