Good stuff
Overall, this is a pretty good meal. Rehydrates well, no crunchy bits. Maybe doesn't need quite as much water as the label indicates; mine was borderline stew-y. Flavoring stands well on its own, but benefits from a pinch of basil and oregano, and a bit of added tomato paste. And a shake or two of hot sauce. It could easily be bulked up with a bit more noodles. I usually carry some small packets of individual veggies on the trail. Some mushroom, pepper, and black olives would really round this out.
