    The best backpacking meal ever?

    I could eat this almost every night, maybe alternate with the Thai curry. Very filling and satisfying, great Pad Thai flavor, and is ready faster than any other meal. Can’t lose. Want more protein and calories? Toss in more peanuts, or a pouch of tuna.

    Not nearly as good as the leading competitor's similar meal

    I don't get the hype for this meal. Its just not as good as the leading competitor with its fresh peanut butter and lime in addition to the peanuts to add on top. The flavors lean fishy and the veggies just don't absorb water as well as the competitor's do. Overall not that great

    I Love These Meals

    There is no Good To Go meal that hasn’t exceed my expectations! I am a long distance hiker that has tried so many dehydrated brands but will NEVER pack any other meal in my backpack!!

    Rice Noodles (Rice Flour, Water), Carrots, Whole Pasteurized Eggs, Onion, Bean Sprouts, Brown Sugar, Textured Vegetable Protein (Defatted Soy Flour), Dry Roasted Peanuts, Grapeseed Oil, Fish Salt (Anchovy, Sea Salt), Rice Flour, Garlic, Tamarind Powder (Tamarind), Dried Ground Shrimp (Shrimp, Salt), Dried Scallions, Dried Cilantro, Lime Juice Powder (Maltodextrin, Lime Juice, Lime Oil), Turmeric, Dried Thai Chiles

    CONTAINS: Peanuts, Eggs, Soybean, Anchovy, Shrimp, Sulfites

    Pad Thai Directions

    X  Tear pouch open and REMOVE oxygen absorber and peanut pouch.
    X  Tear open and ADD the peanuts to the contents of the bag.
    X  SINGLE SERVING Add a little more than one cup (250ML) of BOILING (yes, boiling) water to bag. 
    X  DOUBLE SERVING Add a little more than two cups (500ML) of BOILING (yes, boiling) water to bag.
    X  STIR and reseal. HANG OUT for 15 minutes. Think about how big the universe is.

    X  Rehydration will take LONGER at higher altitudes.
