FAQS

Is your gluten-free pasta any good?
We get it. Most gluten-free pastas leave a lot to be desired. This is exactly why we were very selective when choosing a pasta for this dish. We chose to use a brown-rice pasta that has a similar look and feel to traditional wheat-based pastas. But more importantly, it's delicious. Try for yourself and see why so many have fallen in love with this gluten-free and vegan entrée.

Why is my sauce watery?
Give it a bit more time, and stir well. Dehydrated marinara sauce can take a little extra time to come back to its full glory. If you notice yours seems a bit watery and not as thick as you'd expect, following these simple steps should do the trick.

      My Go-To Brand!

I love the ease of preparing this! When I'm out and active, I love the ease of this gluten-free meal. As someone with Celia Disease, I need a gluten-free option. Sometimes I mix in some canned/packaged meat or seafood (yuck, right, but on the trail, it works!). I love this stuff!

      Excellent taste and Texture

I tried it for the first time a couple days ago, and I was very surprised at just how taste, and the texture, that this meal is. It does take how long it says, don’t cut the time.

      Great backpacking meals for celiacs!

As someone with celiac disease, it’s nearly impossible to find gluten free backpacking meals. I ordered some from Good To Go prior to my backpacking trip to test out and make sure they were good and safe. They exceeded my expectations! The meals are yummy and fulfilling and I can’t wait to enjoy them on my summer backpacking trips.

      Delicious

First time trying the pasta marinara. Usually this one is sold out. I’ve had most of the other meals and they have all been good. This one was delicious also.

      This is the best

I have tried all of the vegan varieties, they are all incredible but Pasta Marinara is my favorite. We just took these on a two week trip in the Appalachians and the convenience was so worth it. It was a little early in the season to go packing for us but we spent a couple weeks wandering away from cell phones and all in a campervan. A few times we "cooked" in the bag but I usually boiled water in my pack teapot then dumped it all together in a titanium pot with a lid. One dirty pot, dinner in less than twenty minutes, who can complain about that? Those other guys out there making pack food have a long way to go to catch up with this stuff. Gourmet all the way. Ordered more to throw in the "go pack" again since it has at least a two year shelf life but it will come out to take on every adventure from now on.
