We left the lunch bags home and brought the dinners and the breakfast for our 2 week hike along the Long Trail. Rotated the pasta w/marinara, cuban rice bowl, and mushroom risotto. Oatmeal & Granola for breakfast. We looked forward to every meal as we trudged through the mud and rain in Vermont. As an add on to get more calories we put chicken in the pasta and sausage in the risotto. The cuban rice bowl did not need anything. Very filling! Going back to finish the trail in a few weeks and we will be ordering more to bring with us.
