Not bad
Not bad, but not great. Good when you’re in a pinch. Too small to be filling though.
Where are your shrimp sourced?
We use wild-caught, American Gulf shrimp, caught in the Gulf of Mexico. These little crustaceans pack a lot of flavor and protein—17g per single serving, or 32g for an entire double serving.
Are there a lot of peanuts?
There sure are. We include enough chopped peanuts for a bit of crunch in every bite. If you have a sensitivity or an allergy to peanuts, you should steer clear of this one.Â

Our version of this quintessential Thai dish captures the four Thai flavors of sweet, salty, sour and spicy. Traditional Banh Pho rice noodles are served with carrots, bean sprouts and peanuts in a flavorful wild American shrimp sauce.
