SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. 

The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders over $99.00 before taxes (excluding AK and HI). Orders with coupons must exceed $99.00 AFTER the coupon is applied to receive the free shipping option.

Please make sure to choose free shipping at checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping may take up to 8 business days to arrive once shipped. The USPS Priority Mail shipping option will appear in addition to the free shipping option. If you have accidentally chosen the wrong shipping option, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already shipped, we will not refund your shipping charge. The estimated shipping time under the USPS Priority Mail option does NOT apply to orders with free shipping. 

Shipping within the United States:

Orders are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States from the day your order ships depending on proximity to our facility in Kittery, Maine. Some rural addresses will take longer for delivery.

Larger orders will ship UPS Ground. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States from the day your order ships depending on proximity to our facility in Kittery, Maine. Some rural addresses will take longer for delivery.

Shipping Internationally:

Unfortunately, due to government regulations we are unable to ship web orders for food products outside the United States, including Canada.

Freight Forwarders: 

Good To-Go does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.

APO/FPO

Good To-Go does not ship to APO/FPO under any circumstances. This is not because we don't support our troops. Shipments are often not received correctly.

RETURN POLICY

Food Products:

Good To-Go cannot accept returns on ANY FOOD ITEM unless it is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you purchased extra meals please stick them in your kitchen cabinet for that unexpected dinner party.

Returns are refunded to the original form of payment or with product exchange only.

Clothing and Accessories:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You may return your items within a 30-day period from delivery.

Return Shipping:

If your shipment contained errors Good To-Go will cover return shipping. For size/color exchanges, return shipping will be paid for by the customer.

Good To-Go is not responsible for lost items being returned to us. We suggest getting tracking and insurance.

Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipts of goods.

DISCOUNTS/COUPONS

Discounts/coupons are valid for a limited time only. Good To-Go reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time without notice.

All coupons issued are for future orders and cannot be used retroactively.

Coupons are for in stock items only. 

If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. In addition, the coupon may not be re-issued.
