X Add a little less than 2/3 of a cup (150ML) of COOL (yup, not boiling) water to pouch.
X Mix well then REMOVE excess air from pouch. Reseal TIGHTLY.
X LAY POUCH FLAT on one side and wait an additional 5 minutes. PONDER... Does a spork question the duality of its existence?
X OPEN. STIR AGAIN. EAT. SMILE.

    A Bad Batch

    I just made a full honest report on REI, where there were several 1 star ratings on there site for this specific product. Did you guys have a bad run of this one? I was so excited to try it and then boom! It was so strong and over powering with some kind of overly salt-like flavor. And I'm ok with salting most of my own meals at home. I had to discard the rest after about 3 spoons. This is not an exaggeration either. What happened this this batch?

    Love the salad!!

    I love having a fresh crisp cold meal on the hot trail! I love this for lunch or an appetizer. My only recommendation is I would like a little more fat. To make it a little richer.

    Least favorite Good To Go product

    I've done a couple three-week trips overseas where there has been very little "safe" food available, so I've brought Good To Go meals with me. In general I LOVE the Good To GO meals. I've had this meal twice now, and both times without fail, I have a single bout of diarrhea afterwards. It is also extremely salty. It could just be how my body reacts to it, but I generally tolerate ingredients in foods. Consume at your own risk. I do not have this issue with any of the other Good to Go meals though, and I've had them all.

    Curious if the chef have ever had authentic cucumber chaat

    I love the ingredient list and what the company stands for… sonsorry to say, this was actually bad. The cucumber rehydrate into a very weird texture and the flavors are not a traditional chat, it was like someone was too heavy handed on the black pepper, which overpowered the other spices and flavors. I was really hoping to like this, but kept low expectations. The flavor an textures were even less desirable than imagined.

    Perfect for a healthy meal on the go

    A great healthy meal option that prepares quickly without a stove! Veggies are plentiful and crisp upon quick rehydration process. A touch of spice with this one makes it perfect for a rainy day pick-me-up meal.
