Chose Good-to-Go based on a comparison of sodium content. It's the right balance of nutrition and taste for me. Ease of preparation and use, "contemplating the universe," and made-in-Maine are nice features too.
The meals are good, food isn't over seasoned or pasty like alot of dehydrated meals tend to be. I liked the single serving sizes. BUT, what I liked most was the truly personal customer service that Amy provided. Great job, customer for life. Thanks

I've had the Pho many times and have enjoyed it every time. Great treat on the trail. The lime packet hits it.
The Cuban beans and rice was also fantastic. The different tastes were amazing. This is the first time I've tried that and will definitely buy it again.
The Hash, well it has corn in it. I have yet to be able to rehydrate the corn better than the consistency of a corn nut. Not my favorite texture for a breakfast. The taste on the other hand was still very good.
