Why is there milk in the Granola?
First off, whole milk has a ton of health benefits such as essential vitamins and minerals, healthy fats and protein. Rather than us offering granola snack, by having the milk included, you're able to enjoy a complete breakfast. It can also be eaten with hot or cold water—both are delicious and create a very different experience!

I've never put water in granola and the idea seemed odd...? Granola - dry. Oatmeal - water. But I did it.. I ordered the Good To Go weekend pack that came with granola and OMG it's my new favorite breakfast! Kind of like oatmeal but less mushy, more texture. GTG offers excellent sustained energy without the huge glucose spikes.
The Good-to-Go granola was an excellent way to start the day on the trail. We had them both cold and hot, equally good. Very tasty high-energy start to the day!
