There are a million things you could do with your time, so thanks for taking a moment to learn more about Good To-Go. And now that you're here, let's talk about cups. Not just any cups—we're talking about the most delicious, handcrafted food to ever (in our humble opinion) find its way into a cup.

REAL FOOD: We never use preservatives, and we cook our meals fully using clean (and pronounceable) ingredients before gently dehydrating them to be shelf stable and ready for your pantry, the office—wherever your adventures take you.

CHEF CREATED: Each Good To-Go meal is the brainchild of Chef Jennifer Scism. As a Michelin-starred restaurateur and winning contestant on the Food Network’s Iron Chef, it’s safe to say she knows good food.

EASY AND DELICIOUS: All you need is water and a microwave (or tea kettle) to enjoy a delicious Good To-Go meal. Chef Jen has traveled the world in search of the most exciting foods, and now you can enjoy some of her favorite regional dishes from anywhere, in a matter of minutes.

GLUTEN-FREE AND VEGAN OPTIONS: We want everyone to be able to enjoy our products, so we offer meals to suit a range of diets.

MADE IN MAINE, USA: Every meal is handcrafted by cooks whose focus is creating the most delicious meals, to be enjoyed wherever your adventures take you. Maine’s lakes, mountains, and thousands of miles of coastline are breathtaking and inspiring. Good To-Go uses that inspiration to carry on the tradition of Maine craftsmanship focusing on quality and excellence.

SUSTAINABILITY:  We believe, as a manufacturer, it is our responsibility to care for our planet. This is why our cups are made using 35% Post-Consumer Recycled Fiber.

Good To-Go's line of microwavable meals in a cup are truly unique. While most other options on the market include little more than instant noodles and a spice packet, we've taken an entirely different approach.

Our meals are cooked right here in our own Maine-based kitchen by actual cooks (not food scientists).

Each meal is cooked fully, in small batches, to develop complex and authentic flavors, without the use of preservatives. Then, we use the oldest form of food preservation—dehydration—requiring only warm air to remove the water and make a meal that is shelf stable and ready for whatever your day requires.

In the early 2000's, Jen, and two colleagues, were asked to compete on the Food Network’s Iron Chef TV program. They became the first team to win against Mario Batali, and the first all women team to appear on the show.

After a decade as owner of one of NYC's top-rated restaurants, Jen moved to the southern coast of Maine, in 2010. It was here she combined her newfound love for backpacking and the outdoors, with her years of creating delicious food, to establish Good To-Go.

Today, Jen continues to innovate and change people's expectations of what easy-to-prepare food can taste like. The little cape house in Kittery, Maine, where Jen tested her first Good To-Go recipes, is still where she comes to work each day to pursue her passion.
