So, what makes Good To-Go different? It begins with our chef, Jennifer Scism. A graduate of The French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, Jen went on to own a Michelin-starred restaurant in NYC. She appeared on the first season of the Food Network's Iron Chef with an all-women team, handing Mario Batali his first loss. Fortunately, Jen moved to Maine and discovered her love for the outdoors—it wasn't long before Good To-Go was born.
