Good To-Go Marketing Manager 

Salary: $60k/yr

Job Description:

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this individual will work collaboratively with the Brand Manager, to develop and implement our marketing strategy. Responsible for direct to consumer and retail communications across social media and email, they will attract customers to our products and promote brand awareness to increase sales. This is a full-time role in an entrepreneurial, hands-on environment at Good To-Go’s headquarters office based in Kittery, Maine.

The Marketing Manager should be well-versed in marketing concepts and strategies, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Ideal candidate should be creative, passionate, and excel at bringing storytelling to life.



  • Develop and implement Good To-Go’s marketing plan and strategy
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for social, email, web and marketing campaigns
  • Manage and implement Good To-Go’s social media strategy, including weekly posting, advertising campaigns, and an ambassador program
  • Maintain and grow strategic partnerships with organizations and brands
  • Manage and attend 5+ consumer events per year


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with marketing concentration preferred, or relevant experience
  • Past work experience as a marketing manager or similar role
  • Experience in creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Proficient with mainstream social media management and optimization
  • Proficiency with Adobe CS, Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms is preferred
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Event management and participation experience
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Social Media

  • Increase brand awareness through use of social channels
  • Maintain brand image
  • Posting
  • Engagement with audience via comments and DMs
  • Ambassador management
  • Ad campaign creation and management


  • Identify and schedule key events (5+ annually)
  • Logistics and coordination
  • On-site event management
  • Activations, digital and on-site

Content Management and Creation

  • Identify content needs
  • Maintain relationships with content creators
  • Blogging
  • Create and proofread copy for social, email and web

Newsletter Management

  • Obtaining leads
  • List/contact management
  • Creation and management of flows 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Creation and implementation of content and promotional calendars
  • Annual budget creation and tracking
  • Quarterly report to investors
  • Regular meetings with CEO and VP of Sales
  • Work closely with PR agency
  • Maintain and grow strategic partnerships with organizations and brands
