Good mushroom flavor
My second favorite out of the flavors I’ve tried. Could use more salt.
Our risotto is made the old-school way. Caramelize onions in olive oil, add the risotto and toast slightly, deglaze with white wine, slowly add stock. Boom. Finally, the basil pesto and sautéed mushrooms are added.

My go to dinner on the trail. This is an AMAZING dinner. The double serving pack is, even anything, too much food. Always left feeling full!

The Mushroom Risotto is delicious! Good enough to eat at home, not just on the trail when you'll eat almost anything.
